72in x 60in oil on canvas of a downtown NW Portland scene including the Portland Armory and a Sushi Land restaurant. This painting has a 1in x 3in black wooden frame around it. I believe it never sold because of it's sheer wall covering size. That's exactly what makes it so striking in a room though. I have enjoyed it in my home for years now, maybe it's time for someone else to enjoy it too.

It does have a little tear in the canvas on the lower right by a window that I have repaired on the backside. This happened while in my home, Kids what are you going to do... I have repaired it from the back with a piece of canvas.
